ANCA has introduced its Motor Temperature Control (MTC) technology, a cutting-edge solution designed to address thermal growth in tap production. The MTC technology solves this issue by regulating and maintaining a controlled manufacturing environment.
With MTC, operators can set the spindle temperature for production, and the machine automatically monitors and maintains that temperature. By stabilizing the spindle’s thermal environment, MTC eliminates the fluctuations caused by thermal expansion, resulting in greater precision and consistency during tap production. This is especially crucial for ensuring OD consistency throughout a batch, improving overall dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
