This performance leap is the result of a powerful combination: a new tough carbide grade, a specially developed tool geometry, and a next-generation wear-resistant Perrox coating. The drill’s sickle-shaped cutting edge ensures smooth swarf formation and efficient evacuation, while polished flutes enable rapid chip removal, eliminating built-up edges and maintaining cutting precision—particularly when drilling depths reach up to 7xD.

With a 140-degree point angle and internal coolant channels, the RT100 Inox Pro is engineered for maximum process reliability and longevity. It is available in diameters from 3mm to 20mm in 0.1mm increments, supporting both metric and imperial sizes. Offered in 3xD, 5xD, and 7xD variants, the drill provides flexibility for a wide range of applications—from shallow to deep-hole drilling—without compromising stability or tool life.
