DMG MORI Unveils Advanced SPRINT 420 Machine

DMG MORI has launched the SPRINT 420, a next-generation SWISSTYPE production turning machine designed to meet the demanding needs of modern manufacturing. This innovative equipment is crafted for bar diameters ranging from 13 mm to 51 mm and incorporates up to three machining units. With a capability of accommodating up to three B-axes and nine axes in total, the machine empowers manufacturers to efficiently perform complete machining on complex workpieces extending up to 600 mm in length.

The machine’s versatility is further enhanced by the optional SWISSTYPEkit, which enables stroke extensions from 200 mm to 360 mm. This feature addresses the need for flexibility in both short and long turning operations, making the SPRINT 420 an ideal choice for a wide range of production requirements.
