Relocation and expansion for Lancashire’s RPS Precision Engineering

Rochdale Production Services are expanding their horizons with a move to bigger and better premises. After 14 years at their site in Whitworth, Rochdale, they are relocating to a larger plant in New Hall Hey, Rawtenstall, Rossendale. As a result of the move, they are also changing their name to RPS Precision Engineering.

Over the years, the company has gained a reputation for high quality subcontract manufacturing and the move sees their space increase over threefold, taking their shop floor from 2200sq/ft to 7250sq/ft, giving them scope to increase capacity and invest in further CNC equipment. It’s not just RPS’s premises that are expanding; their team is too. It has employed an Operations and Supply Chain Manager, Ian Cockcroft. Ian brings a wealth of industry expertise to an already highly experienced team.
