MTDCNC is pleased to announce its partnership with Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence at the MACH Exhibition 2026, where the company will present a fully integrated approach to manufacturing. Spanning design, production, and inspection, Hexagon’s presence will demonstrate how connected workflows are redefining quality control across modern engineering environments.

Three Stands. One Connected Ecosystem

Hexagon will exhibit across three dedicated stands at the NEC Birmingham, each focusing on a critical stage of the manufacturing process:

  • Hall 17, Stand 320. Production Software
  • Hall 18, Stand 520. Measurement and Quality Control
  • Hall 19, Stand 629. 2D Profiling (CALIPRI)

This multi-stand approach reflects a strategic focus on delivering a seamless, end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem. From initial design and programming through to final inspection and validation, Hexagon’s technologies are designed to work in complete synergy.

Software-Driven Manufacturing at the Core

At the heart of Hexagon’s offering is its advanced suite of production software, enabling manufacturers to optimise processes before a component even reaches the machine.

  • VISI provides a comprehensive CAD/CAM solution for complex mould and die applications, integrating design, simulation, and manufacturing in a single environment.
  • EDGECAM delivers high-performance CAM programming, focused on optimising toolpaths, reducing cycle times, and maximising machine efficiency on the shopfloor.
  • RADAN offers specialist capabilities for sheet metal production, covering profiling, punching, bending, and nesting with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and control.

Together, these platforms form the foundation of a connected digital workflow, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient, repeatable, and optimised from the outset.

Advanced Measurement and Inspection Technologies

Complementing its software portfolio, Hexagon will showcase a range of cutting-edge measurement and inspection solutions designed to deliver speed, accuracy, and actionable data.

A key highlight is the MAESTRO coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a fully digital, connected system engineered for high-speed inspection and simplified operation, enabling faster access to critical quality data.

The ATS800 will also be on display, offering a transformative approach to large-structure inspection. By combining long-range laser scanning with real-time tracking, the system reduces inspection times from hours to minutes, significantly enhancing productivity.

In addition, Hexagon’s handheld 3D scanning solutions, including ATLASCAN Pro and HYPERSCAN, provide flexible, high-speed scanning for complex geometries and large components in dynamic manufacturing environments.

Visitors can also experience CALIPRI, an advanced 2D profiling solution that automatically compensates for tilt and rotation during measurement, ensuring highly accurate and repeatable results while simplifying the inspection process.

Driving Connected, Data-Led Manufacturing

Hexagon’s presence at MACH 2026 highlights the increasing importance of connected manufacturing, where design, production, and inspection are no longer isolated processes but part of a unified, data-driven workflow.

By integrating software and metrology, manufacturers can achieve greater control over quality, reduce scrap, and respond more effectively to production challenges.

MTDCNC Coverage at MACH 2026

As part of the partnership, MTDCNC will be present across all Hexagon stands throughout the exhibition, capturing technical content, conducting expert interviews, and showcasing how these technologies perform in real-world manufacturing environments.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to delivering practical insight and highlighting innovations that drive measurable improvements on the shopfloor.

Visitors to MACH 2026 are encouraged to explore Hexagon’s solutions across Halls 17, 18, and 19 to experience the future of connected manufacturing firsthand.
