According to a recent report, Dallas ranked first on the list of America’s top 20 metropolitan areas for manufacturing in 2024. One reason for the city’s top ranking is that it added 9.2 million square feet of manufacturing space to its market in five years. Additionally, the Dallas area has one of the lowest manufacturing labor costs in the nation.
