⚙️ Can a threading insert really cut cycle time in half? At EMO Hannover 2025, Vargus put that claim to the test, right on the show room floor. On this EMCO Corporation mill-turn center, two identical threading operations are running side by side: 🔹 Left spindle: Vargus Mach TT insert 🔹 Right spindle: Standard threading insert The result? The Mach TT finishes in 10 seconds. The standard insert takes 21 seconds. That’s a massive time savings for any shop chasing efficiency — but does it hold up outside a trade show booth? We’ve sent Arthur Field and Ana Fernanda Melendez to Indiana to find out. He’s visiting a U.S. machine shop currently using Mach TT in production to see whether the performance lives up to the hype — or if this tech only shines under show lights. Stay tuned for his report from the shop floor. {hashtag|#|EMOHannover2025} {hashtag|#|Vargus} {hashtag|#|ThreadTurning} {hashtag|#|MachTT} {hashtag|#|MTDCNC} {hashtag|#|Manufacturing} {hashtag|#|CycleTime} {hashtag|#|CNC} Josh Magee Jim Garfield Scott Golden Sharon Morag Graeme Troughton Baruch Books (Buks) Joe Reynolds
