How do you make a complete robot automation cell in 48 hours?

How do you make a complete robot automation cell in 48 hours? With a lean, efficient production process of course. Colin Griffiths visits Halter CNC Automation’s production plant in Issum, Germany, and speaks with Plant Manager Stefan Mocken. The plant has only been operational since January 2022 and is already hitting targets. They are currently making 250 robot cells a year, with a plan to increase production with the introduction of additional shifts. Halter CNC Automation employs the latest FANUC robots with Schunk grippers. The plant can handle custom configurations as well, with 80% of its output as standard sales, the remaining 20% is adapted to specific customer needs, including custom grid plates, grippers, and gripper fingers. If you would like to book a 3 hour time slot at their next open house contact MTDCNC or Halter CNC Automation
