8 World Premieres from DMG MORI at EMO 2025 – We’ll Be There LIVE!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday 23rd September at 1:00pm, when MTDCNC’s Paul Jones will be LIVE from DMG MORI Hall 2 at EMO 2025 to showcase some of the most exciting new technology in global manufacturing.

Under the banner “Manufacturing the Future”, DMG MORI will present eight world premieres at this year’s event – a line-up that demonstrates their commitment to Machining Transformation (MX) and the pillars of Process Integration, Automation, Digital Transformation (DX), and Green Transformation (GX).

Visitors to DMG MORI Hall 2 can expect to see:

• DMC 55 H Twin – new 5-axis simultaneous machining model
• DMC 65 monoBLOCK 2nd Generation – complete machining through process integration
• DMU 20 linear 3rd Generation – high-precision 5-axis machining in a compact format
• ULTRASONIC 60 Precision – 5-axis milling with ultrasonic-assisted precision machining, 4 μm positioning accuracy
• NLX 2500|1250 2nd Generation – versatile universal turning machine
• NZ DUE TC – 2 turn-mill spindles for complete machining in one setup
• DMV 200 – next-generation machining centre
• SPRINT 420 – high-performance turning solution

Also debuting is the AMR 1000 driverless transport system, designed for the autonomous handling of tools, material pallets, or chip trolleys, further enhancing manufacturing automation.

A World-Class Stage for Innovation

EMO Hannover is the largest machine tool exhibition in the world, and DMG MORI Hall 2 will be a central hub of activity this year, with more than 40 high-tech machines on display, including 33 automated manufacturing solutions. Alongside the world premieres, visitors will also see advanced technologies like ULTRASONIC machining and additive manufacturing in action.
