Sub CNC have gone from strength to strength in the 10 years since they started. Always keen to embrace new technology they have had some of the first Cincom machines with LFV in the country.
To keep this tradition going they have the first Cincom L32 VIII LFV sliding head lathe in the country. Working closely with Citizen Machinery UK they are now reaping the rewards of how LFV can improve productivity.
Whilst it might not ultimately reduce cycle times, they get the benefit of;
– Improved tool life
– Improved finish
But, and possibly of more importance, they need much less operator intervention. Birds nesting is a thing of the past so they can comfortably run lights out with no issues.
