VOLLMER Italia has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Benjamin Paganelli as its new Managing Director. Mr Paganelli brings over 25 years of experience in international sales and leadership within advanced industrial technologies and machine tool engineering. His background includes successfully building and leading European sales organisations, as well as serving as Chief Operating Officer in the mechanical engineering sector.
The change at VOLLMER Italia also honours the contributions of Ruggero Bano, who has led the company successfully in recent years. Bano will continue to lend his expertise in sales activities, ensuring a smooth transition during a structured handover period with Mr Paganelli.
