Faster cycle times, reduced tool wear and 20% energy savings…

Show us a manufacturer that wouldn’t want that!
That’s exactly what the collaboration between Vericut, SECO Tools, GROB and Virtual Manufacturing set out to prove using VERICUT Optimizer on a real-world production part.
The process started with an already efficient CAM-generated toolpath, but once the team ran the program through Optimizer, the results went even further — improving machining efficiency, reducing tool wear and delivering significant energy savings without compromising the finished part.

And here’s the BIG news…
You can now purchase VERICUT Optimizer as a standalone product without needing to purchase the full VERICUT package, opening the door for far more manufacturers to access these kinds of gains.

Paul Jones and Clinton Perry were at Seco Tools yesterday capturing the full story, speaking with the teams involved and seeing the results first-hand.
