Faith Technologies Expands into Indiana with 500,000-sq.-ft. Facility, Set to Create 200+ Jobs!
Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) has announced a major expansion into Pittsboro, with construction underway on a new 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. The investment marks a significant step in scaling the company’s production capabilities and strengthening its footprint in the rapidly evolving electrical and energy systems sector.
The new facility will support FTI’s Excellerate brand, which focuses on modular electrical assemblies and integrated energy solutions. Excellerate is known for delivering prefabricated, scalable systems that improve installation efficiency, reduce on-site labour requirements, and accelerate project timelines—key advantages in today’s fast-paced construction and infrastructure environments.
A major outcome of the expansion will be job creation, with more than 200 skilled positions expected to be added over time. The hiring process will begin with leadership and supervisory roles such as foremen, superintendents, and manufacturing leads, ensuring strong operational foundations as the facility ramps up. As production scales, additional opportunities will open across a wide range of roles, including entry-level positions, technical jobs, and support functions.
Importantly, the company is also focusing on workforce development through paid apprenticeship programs, offering pathways for individuals to build careers in manufacturing and electrical systems. This approach not only addresses the industry’s growing demand for skilled labour but also contributes to long-term talent development within the region.
The scale and design of the new facility reflect FTI’s commitment to advanced manufacturing practices and efficient production systems. By leveraging modular construction techniques and integrated workflows, the company aims to enhance productivity, maintain high quality standards, and deliver value to customers across commercial, industrial, and energy sectors.
This expansion comes at a time when demand for modular electrical solutions is increasing, driven by the need for faster project delivery, improved safety, and cost efficiency. With infrastructure and energy projects becoming more complex, prefabricated and pre-engineered systems are playing a critical role in modern construction.
By establishing operations in Pittsboro, Faith Technologies Incorporated is positioning itself to better serve customers across the Midwest and beyond, while also contributing to regional economic growth through job creation and investment. The new facility is expected to become a key hub for innovation, production, and workforce development, supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy in the electrical and energy solutions market.
