Davi Expands North American Presence with New Texas Headquarters and Advanced Customer Support Hub!
Davi Inc. has announced a significant expansion of its North American operations with the relocation to a new, larger headquarters in Carrollton, near downtown Dallas. This move reflects the company’s continued growth in the region and its commitment to enhancing customer support, training, and service capabilities for the North American market.
The new 18,500-square-foot facility has been purpose-built to serve as a comprehensive hub for demonstration, training, and after-sales support. One of its key highlights is a dedicated demonstration area equipped with eight machines, where customers can experience live plate and angle rolling processes. This setup enables hands-on demonstrations and machine runoffs, allowing customers to validate performance, test applications, and better understand how Davi’s solutions can meet their specific production requirements.
In addition to demonstration capabilities, the facility features an expanded call center designed to provide responsive and reliable customer support. Operating 24 hours a day, five days a week, the support center ensures that customers across different time zones can access timely technical assistance, troubleshooting, and service guidance—an increasingly important factor in maintaining productivity in modern manufacturing environments.
To further strengthen its service offering, the new headquarters includes a fully stocked warehouse for spare and replacement parts. This will significantly reduce lead times for critical components, helping customers minimise downtime and maintain operational continuity. Alongside this, the facility houses a dedicated machine refurbishment and rebuild department, enabling Davi to extend the lifecycle of its equipment and support customers in maintaining optimal machine performance over time.
A major focus of the new facility is the expansion of the Davi Academy, the company’s training initiative aimed at customers and distributors. The program goes beyond product-specific training to cover the broader principles and best practices of plate and angle rolling processes. By offering in-depth technical education and hands-on learning opportunities, Davi is helping customers improve process efficiency, enhance operator skills, and maximise the value of their equipment investments.
