Birmingham, UK. April 2026 – MicroLoc Workholding will present its latest range of advanced workholding technologies at the MACH 2026, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 20–24 April 2026. Visitors can find MicroLoc in Hall 19, Stand 18, where the company will deliver continuous live demonstrations and expert-led consultations throughout the exhibition.

With over three decades of experience exhibiting at MACH, MicroLoc Workholding continues to support UK manufacturers with solutions designed to improve efficiency, reduce setup times, and increase productivity across a wide range of machining applications.

Live Demonstrations and Technical Expertise

Throughout the event, MicroLoc will showcase its workholding systems in action, allowing visitors to see how their solutions perform in real-world scenarios. Technical specialists will be available on the stand to provide tailored advice, helping manufacturers address challenges related to complex geometries, high-volume production, and precision machining requirements.

New Product Launch: British Manufactured 5-Axis Vice

A key highlight for MACH 2026 is the launch of MicroLoc’s new British-manufactured 5-axis vice. Designed for flexibility and precision, the system features industry-standard 52mm and 96mm stud patterns, along with multiple size options to suit a variety of applications. The vice has been developed to meet the demands of modern multi-axis machining environments, offering improved accessibility and stability.

FORCE10 Jaw Attachments

Also featured at the exhibition are the MicroLoc FORCE10 jaw attachments. These utilise a piston-driven clamping system capable of securely holding irregular shapes, round components, and multiple small parts. The system significantly reduces or eliminates the need for custom soft jaws, helping manufacturers lower costs and improve setup efficiency.

Automation and Productivity Solutions

MicroLoc will also present a range of automation-ready systems designed to support increased productivity. These include hydraulic and pneumatic workholding solutions, cost-effective zero-point systems, and compact pallet systems compatible with flexible cobot integration. Together, these technologies enable manufacturers to streamline operations and maximise machine utilisation.

Supporting Modern Manufacturing

MicroLoc’s presence at MACH 2026 reflects its ongoing commitment to innovation and customer support. The company’s expanded stand highlights its focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions that address the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector.

Visitors are encouraged to attend the stand to explore the latest developments in workholding technology and discuss specific application requirements with the MicroLoc team.
