Matsuura has announced the addition of three new Additive Manufacturing Service Engineers to its UK team, reflecting the company’s growth in providing HP 3D printing solutions. Mike Barber, Colin Marshall, and Lukas Heeley join the company’s expanding Additive Manufacturing Department. These engineers, certified by HP, will enhance Matsuura’s capabilities as the sole provider for the installation, servicing, and repair of HP Multi Jet Fusion, Metal Jet, and Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printers in the UK.
The move comes as Matsuura assumes its new role as a 3-in-1 partner with HP, responsible for the full spectrum of service for all associated peripheral equipment. The company’s investment in skilled personnel underscores its commitment to supporting the growing number of HP AM customers across various manufacturing sectors in the UK.
David Chapman, Managing Director of Matsuura UK, expressed enthusiasm for the new appointments: “With over 100 Multi Jet Fusion machines operating nationwide, the addition of Mike, Colin, and Lukas significantly bolsters our ability to support existing and future clients. Their expertise in HP products is a crucial asset to our team.”
Matsuura continues to focus on expanding its service offerings in the additive manufacturing space, reflecting both the company’s growth trajectory and the increasing demand for 3D printing solutions within the UK market.
This strategic development highlights Matsuura’s investment in training and expertise to maintain quality support for their extensive network of HP 3D printing solutions.
