Star Micronics GB has announced its participation in the Pride of Yorkshire Design Selection Evening, an event associated with Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity. This occasion marks the starting point of a significant community initiative to celebrate the hospital’s 150th anniversary in 2026.
The Pride of Yorkshire campaign will feature 300 life-sized lions strategically placed across South Yorkshire. This initiative aims to unify creativity, community spirit, and regional pride while raising crucial funds for the hospital. As part of the Children’s Champions club, the company expressed its enthusiasm for witnessing the creativity of the designs during the selection process. Star Micronics GB also confirmed it would actively follow the lion trail when it officially launches in June.
