NTRX-300S

The Nakamura-Tome NTRX-300 is a high-rigidity ATC multi-tasking machine, with sub-spindle, designed for precision, efficiency, and ease of use. It features a distance of 1,350mm between spindles and offers a 250 mm square stroke in the X-Y plane. The B-axis swivels through a range of 225° (-120° to +105°), providing exceptional flexibility for complex machining tasks.

The ATC magazine can hold 40 tools, with optional capacities of 60, 80, or 120 tools, allowing for versatile production setups. Its vertical column slides are mounted on a high-rigidity horizontal bed with a low centre of gravity, ensuring stability and precision during operation. The machine also incorporates a user-friendly design, featuring a large window for improved visibility of the machining area and a shorter distance from the machine’s front side to the spindle centre, making setup and operation easier and more efficient.
