DN Solutions Completes Acquisition of German Machine Tool Manufacturer HELLER

Seoul/ Nürtingen, January 28, 2026 – DN Solutions, the world’s third largest and Korea’s
leading machine tool manufacturer, closes the acquisition of HELLER, a renowned high-end
German machine tool manufacturer. The transaction has been approved by regulators in
various jurisdictions, including Germany, the US, and the UK.
