CMZ recently welcomed students from the Armeria Eskola’s Advanced Production Programming course for a tour of their manufacturing facilities. The visit offered students an invaluable opportunity to gain insights into modern machining processes, including operations at Mecaninor and Precitor.
Mecaninor, known for its machining of large parts, and Precitor, specializing in cylindrical turning and grinding, opened their doors, demonstrating the advanced techniques that have positioned CMZ as a leader in CNC lathe manufacturing. Spanning 40,000 square meters, these facilities demonstrate CMZ’s capacity to manufacture over 80 percent of their CNC lathe components in-house.
By hosting these students, CMZ continues to invest in the future of the industry, recognizing the importance of education and hands-on experience in shaping the next generation of engineering talent. This engagement is essential for inspiring future innovators who will drive the industry forward.
CMZ, based in the United Kingdom, stands at the forefront of CNC technology, playing a pivotal role in the manufacturing sector. Their dedication to quality and innovation ensures they remain influential in the global market, emphasizing the importance of sustainable and efficient production techniques.
