Mills CNC Prepares to Host ‘The One Show’ – A Live Event Focused on One-Hit Machining

Next week, Mills CNC will be opening the doors to its Technology Campus in Leamington Spa for ‘The One Show’, a two-day live event focused on demonstrating the power and potential of one-hit machining.

Taking place on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October, the event will highlight the growing importance of single set-up machining in modern manufacturing – a strategy that reduces handling, improves accuracy, and boosts productivity.

At the heart of the event are two exciting new machine introductions from DN Solutions:

• The DVF 5000 Mk II – a second-generation 5-axis simultaneous machining centre
• The DNX 2100SB – an entry-level, multitasking mill-turn machine

Both machines will be performing live cutting demonstrations, showcasing their one-hit machining capabilities, precision, and flexibility. Mills CNC’s applications team will also host technical presentations, offering deeper insights into the machines’ specs, strengths, and new features – including the innovative CUFOS CNC control interface.
