In Hall 16, Stand A04, SMEC Machine Tools will be running 15 machines under power, and among them, the brand-new MVF 5-axis vertical machining centres are set to be a major talking point.
The MVF 5000 (SIEMENS) and MVF 4000 (FANUC) are high-precision, 5-axis vertical machining centres with X, Y, and Z axes located above the rotary table to deliver greater stability in high-speed machining of complex components. Both models are engineered to minimise the effects of thermal growth and are available with various control options to suit different production environments.
