Central States, a leading manufacturer of metal building components headquartered in Lowell, Arkansas, has announced the promotion of Dan Pratt to Vice President of Sales – Manufacturing. Pratt brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience, spanning military service and roles in quality improvement, operations, and B2B industrial sales. Since joining Central States in 2019, he has held key leadership positions that have shaped regional and national business development efforts. Starting as Managing Director for the East Division, Pratt successfully led operations and sales across multiple territories before taking on broader responsibility as Managing Director for the North Division in 2024.
In his new role, Pratt will oversee manufacturing-focused sales initiatives, guiding teams across the organization to align production capabilities with evolving market demands. His track record in optimizing sales processes, streamlining operations, and driving customer satisfaction positions him to play a pivotal role in Central States’ continued expansion and service excellence.
