Amada Weld Tech to Showcase Advanced Welding Solutions at FABTECH 2024!

Amada Weld Tech, a leader in welding, marking, cutting, sealing, and bonding solutions, is set to showcase its cutting-edge technologies at FABTECH 2024. Held from October 15-17, 2024, in Orlando, Florida, FABTECH is North America’s largest event for metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing. Amada Weld Tech will be co-located with Amada at booth #S22003, where visitors can explore their innovative welding systems.

The exhibition will feature key technologies, including the WL-300A Laser Processing Workstation, integrated with the MM-L400A Laser Weld Monitor, the WM-200A IIoT Ready Networked Resistance Weld Monitor, and the MM-410B Handheld Resistance Weld Checker. These products, alongside Amada’s ID40IV-HP/NT Advanced Spot Welder, will demonstrate enhanced productivity and precision for various manufacturing processes, including medical devices, electronic sensors, and small battery modules.

The WL-300A workstation is designed for small to medium production volumes and ensures exceptional accuracy with picosecond IR or fiber lasers. It includes features like an XY table, rotary stage, barcode reader, fume extraction, and camera systems. The integrated MM-L400A Laser Weld Monitor offers real-time weld quality analysis, improving overall production standards by detecting weld defects before they affect the final product.

Additionally, the WM-200A resistance weld monitor, integrated with Amada’s ID40 spot welder, provides IIoT-ready capabilities for real-time data collection and analysis, further improving production efficiency. Meanwhile, the MM-410B handheld monitor ensures precise evaluation of weld quality in both production and R&D environments.

With these innovative solutions, Amada Weld Tech reaffirms its commitment to advancing welding technology and enhancing production quality across industries.
