HSM Milling Titanium 6Al-4V on DMG Mori CMX600V with Ceratizit cutting tools, Lang zeropoint and vice, Rocol cutting coolant, Regofix Powrgrip holder. We are cutting some nice parts out of Titanium 6Al-4V on DMG Mori CMX600V with 16mm #Ceratizit CCR-UNI end mill held securely in RegoFix Powrgrip holder, using High Speed Machining method and #fusion360 3D Adaptive Clearing toolpath. Pre-stamped and held tight in #Lang Makro grip vice. 47mm depth of cut with 5% step over and .96mm per rev feedrate Nerc Precision Engineering
