Another Sliding Head for Birmingham Engineering Company

We are pleased to announce the arrival of the NN-25UB8 Nomura sliding head which will be installed at a local engineering company next week. The company already have experience with Nomura with a previous purchase a few years ago.

The companies first investment has made an impact in their manufacturing and are looking forward to receiving their second Nomura sliding head.

Before its installation to the prestigious company the machine is currently being put to the test with various stages of cutting trials that are being conducted by our skilled engineering team.

Take a look at the latest video showing the sliding head producing ø10mm x 238mm long bar components on cold rolled uncoated mild steel EN10139, which is being fed through a Samsys Autosam 3.26 barfeeder.
