The B-Safe System works like a Black Box for your machine tool;
– Mills
– Lathes and
– Grinders Using a state of the art CPU you can monitor;
– Vibration
– Temperature
– Direction
It provides real time monitoring but also provides up to 4 years data to enable you to monitor how your machine is running and also see how the operator is using the machine. This can also be done remotely so another way to provide unmanned running, improve efficiency and improve returns.
Yet another great step as part of Industry 4.0.
