Zavenir Daubert Unveils India’s First Integrated Specialty Chemicals Facility in Binola, Haryana!

Zavenir Daubert, a global leader in corrosion protection and metalworking fluid solutions, has marked a major milestone with the inauguration of India’s first integrated specialty chemicals manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana. This state-of-the-art plant represents a ₹100 crore investment and is a key step in the company’s ambitious expansion strategy, targeting a revenue of ₹1,000 crores by 2029.

With Industry 4.0 technologies integrated into its operations, the facility is future-ready, ensuring seamless automation, smart manufacturing, and high operational efficiency. The plant has a monthly production capacity of 1,200 kilolitres of specialty chemicals, catering primarily to the automotive (70-75%), steel, and construction sectors. This expansion not only strengthens India’s manufacturing ecosystem but also reinforces Zavenir Daubert’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global quality standards.

Spread across two acres, the Binola facility employs over 100 people and is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring quality, environmental, and workplace safety excellence. A notable 10% of the total investment is dedicated to automation and digital transformation, enabling Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) to streamline operations. These smart factory technologies significantly enhance efficiency, quality control, and sustainability efforts.

Saket Bhartia, Managing Director of Zavenir Daubert India Pvt Ltd, emphasized the company’s vision, stating:
