Still deburring by hand? There’s a smarter, safer, and faster way!

Manual deburring is slow, risky, and pulling your operators away from more valuable work. Xebec brush turning, available through Drill Service, tackles internal and external threads, cross holes, and bores in-machine, automatically, while the job is still running.

The brush heads start at just 12mm for tight bores, scale up to 25mm, and can be adjusted across eleven positions. It’s simple to set up, simple to program, and so straightforward it practically sells itself.

The result? Parts coming off the machine 90% to 95% finished, operators freed up, and no one leaning over a lathe with emery cloth. Join MTDCNC’s Tom Skubala and Drill Service’s David Taylor in the Tech Corner to find out more.
