An exciting collaboration between AMZ Racing and aspiring engineers at ETH Zürich has led to the production of innovative components for the new Formula Student race car, “nera”. The apprentices played a vital role in crafting aerodynamic and assembly parts, providing them with valuable experience in advanced engineering and precision manufacturing.

AMZ Racing, renowned for its success in the Formula Student competition, has once again demonstrated its excellence with “nera”. The vehicle boasts impressive technical specifications, including a weight of approximately 160 kg, powered by four motors delivering a total of 174 kW, capable of generating 1,600 Nm of torque, and achieving a top speed of 117 km/h.
The collaboration not only showcases the remarkable talent and dedication of the apprentices but also reinforces the strength of Swiss manufacturing expertise. The partnership with AMZ Racing highlights the innovative results that can be achieved when theory meets practice.
