
Veolia Strengthens India Commitment with New Experience Centre and 25-Year Milestone at Bengaluru Facility!
Veolia has marked a significant milestone in its India journey with the inauguration of a new Customer Experience Centre at its Hoskote facility in Bengaluru, while also celebrating 25 years of operations at the site. The dual milestone highlights the company’s long-standing commitment to India as a strategic hub for water technology, innovation, and sustainable manufacturing.
Since its establishment in 2001, the Hoskote plant has evolved into a globally integrated manufacturing and technology centre, specialising in membrane production, specialty chemicals, and advanced water treatment solutions. Today, the facility exports to more than 20 countries and plays a critical role in supporting Veolia’s global operations. Complementing this is its co-located Technology Centre, which has driven innovation through the development of over 100 patents, reinforcing India’s role as a centre of engineering excellence within Veolia’s global ecosystem.
The newly inaugurated Customer Experience Centre is designed to serve as a dynamic and interactive platform, enabling customers, partners, and stakeholders to engage directly with Veolia’s latest technologies and solutions. The facility showcases real-time demonstrations of digital capabilities such as remote monitoring, advanced data analytics, and smart water management systems. It also provides insights into a wide range of services including onsite engineering support, remote inspections, auditing, and operator training. With a dedicated training infrastructure capable of accommodating up to 50 participants, the centre aims to play a key role in skill development and knowledge sharing across the region.
Aligned with Veolia’s global GreenUp strategy, the company has also introduced a solar panel installation at the Hoskote site as part of its decarbonisation efforts.
