Ricoh Company, Ltd. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with LG Electronics (LG) to collaborate on delivering advanced digital solutions for workplaces globally. The partnership aims to combine Ricoh’s expertise in communication services with LG’s cutting-edge display products, offering B2B customers an enhanced user experience and superior customer value. Through this collaboration, Ricoh will further strengthen its position in the Workplace Experience domain, with the ambition of becoming the world’s leading audiovisual (AV) integrator.
Takahiro Irisa, Senior Corporate Officer and President of Ricoh Digital Services, and Paik Ki-Mun, Senior Vice President and Head of the Information Display Business Unit at LG Business Solutions Company, signed the MOU, marking a significant step toward transforming workplace solutions.
Ricoh will integrate LG’s high-quality signages and display products into its offerings, enriching its global supply chain and expanding its portfolio. Both companies will collaborate on sales, marketing, and exploring new business opportunities, ensuring that B2B customers receive tailored, state-of-the-art solutions.
This partnership aligns with Ricoh’s mid-term vision to provide seamless collaboration tools for today’s hybrid work environments, enabling creative and value-driven tasks. As workplaces continue to evolve, Ricoh’s solutions will empower organizations to boost productivity and creativity through integrated hardware, software, and managed services.
