Mahindra Launches Next-Gen CEV-V Series Construction Equipment with Sustainability, Efficiency, and Operator Comfort at Its Core!

Mahindra Construction Equipment (MCE), a division of the Mahindra Group, has officially launched its latest CEV-V series of construction machines, engineered to meet new emission norms while offering cutting-edge performance, operator-centric comfort, and a bold push toward sustainability. With an eye on the evolving infrastructure needs of India, the new range emphasizes high productivity, indigenous innovation, and environmentally conscious design.

The product line features the upgraded Mahindra EarthMaster SX Backhoe Loader and the Mahindra RoadMaster G100 motor grader, both tailored for heavy-duty applications in road building and earthmoving. The RoadMaster G100 is powered by a robust 102 HP engine delivering 440 Nm torque, making it ideal for demanding grading operations across highways and infrastructure projects. Meanwhile, the EarthMaster SX boasts a 74 HP engine, ergonomic design enhancements, improved torque, and a spacious cabin equipped with iMAXX telematics for real-time monitoring—ensuring high performance and operator ease even in long shifts.

Highlighting Mahindra’s focus on self-reliance and green technology, Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head – Truck and Bus & Construction Equipment at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., remarked, “The new generation of machines developed in India underlines our dedication to the nation’s manufacturing ecosystem and its environmental commitments.”

Mahindra also continues to offer its CEV-V-compliant EarthMaster SXe with a 55 HP engine, and the RoadMaster G90 and G80 graders powered by 74 HP engines, giving customers a diverse suite of options that address a wide range of construction site requirements.

All machines are manufactured at Mahindra’s state-of-the-art facility in Chakan, Pune, reinforcing the company’s “Made in India, Made for India” vision. With over 15,000 machines deployed across the country and commanding a leading market share in the motor grader segment, Mahindra Construction Equipment is positioned as a trusted partner for the nation’s infrastructure growth.

Operator comfort and productivity remain at the heart of Mahindra’s design philosophy. The EarthMaster SX has been overhauled with intuitive controls and an enlarged, more comfortable cabin—catering to the needs of operators who spend extended hours at the controls. With the RoadMaster G100 already securing over 22% market share in its class, Mahindra is doubling down on power, precision, and durability.

To support this growing equipment base, Mahindra offers a comprehensive two-year or 4,000-hour warranty, backed by an extensive service network of over 115 service points, 50+ full-service dealerships, 15 Saathi+ service centers, 50+ retail parts outlets, and a fleet of mobile service vans ensuring swift and accessible support across India.

In a pioneering move to address rising fuel concerns, Mahindra is introducing a first-of-its-kind value proposition for its new EarthMaster series: “Assured Highest Productivity per Liter of Diesel.” This unique offering highlights Mahindra’s commitment to delivering maximum value to customers, especially those navigating cost-sensitive operations.

With this launch, Mahindra not only aligns with the latest CEV-V emission norms but also reinforces its leadership in building robust, future-ready, and operator-focused construction machinery that powers India’s infrastructure ambitions.
