Lohia Aerospace Systems Showcases India’s Aerospace Manufacturing Excellence at Paris Air Show 2025!

Lohia Aerospace Systems (LAS), a key player in India’s aerospace and defense manufacturing sector, concluded a successful exhibition at the Paris Air Show 2025, held at Le Bourget. As the sole Indian composites manufacturer at the prestigious event, LAS showcased India’s rising prominence in advanced aerospace production, underlining the country’s growing capabilities in this high-tech sector.

During the event, LAS displayed a variety of state-of-the-art composite components and aerostructures, catering to both the civil and defense sectors. Among the highlighted items were lightweight structural assemblies and subsystems for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), which garnered attention from global aerospace leaders for their precision, innovation, and readiness for integration into international supply chains.

In addition to showcasing its cutting-edge technology, LAS took part in a series of pre-arranged meetings with top Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in the aerospace industry. These discussions led to significant advancements, including negotiations with a major OEM for composite interior structures for a next-generation aircraft. Moreover, LAS is in talks with leading OEMs to localize the production of complex structural parts for helicopters, contributing to India’s vision of greater self-reliance in defense manufacturing.

The company is also exploring new opportunities for collaboration with a U.S.-based Tier 1 supplier, aiming to jointly compete for both civil and defense contracts in the U.S., thus strengthening its global footprint. These efforts reflect LAS’s ambition to expand its influence beyond India and tap into international markets.

In addition to exploring new business prospects, LAS successfully secured significant contract renewals with its existing customers, reaffirming its reputation for high-quality production and reliable deliveries. Anurag Lohia, CEO of Lohia Aerospace Systems, expressed his satisfaction with the event, stating, “The Paris Air Show was a highly productive experience for us. Not only did we continue meaningful discussions with our long-standing clients, but we also initiated new global partnerships. Being the only Indian composites manufacturer at the event, it was an honor to demonstrate India’s growing capabilities in aerospace manufacturing.”

LAS’s participation in the Paris Air Show marked another milestone in India’s growing role in the global aerospace and defense manufacturing landscape. As the company continues to advance in composite manufacturing and explore new collaborations, it is well-positioned to contribute significantly to both domestic and international aerospace projects.
