The TW Series is particularly well-suited for producing critical components such as medical bone screws, where precision, surface finish, and process stability are essential. It is compatible with leading Swiss-type machine platforms, including Citizen Machinery, Star Micronics, and Tsugami Corporation, ensuring seamless integration into existing production environments.
To address varying production requirements, the TW Series is available in two insert configurations. The L-Series features a nine-flute cutter design with two-edge inserts, optimised for high-efficiency machining in double-start thread operations. Meanwhile, the T-Series offers a cost-effective solution with a six-flute design and three-edge inserts, ideal for single-start thread applications.
