
Haas Automation has unveiled its latest advancement in laser marking technology with the launch of the HL-30E-CO2. This new system is a fully enclosed, far-infrared CO2 laser marker specifically designed for engraving and surface marking on both organic and non-metallic materials.
The HL-30E-CO2 operates using radio frequency excitation to energise a metal CO2 gas tube. This process generates a stable 10.64 µm laser beam, which is ideal for precision engraving tasks. The machine excels in processing a wide variety of organic materials, including wood, paper, leather, rubber, textiles, acrylic, and other coated surfaces.
