Edge Technologies Relocates to New 113,500 Square Foot Facility to Drive Expansion and Operational Efficiency!

Edge Technologies, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of advanced automation and tool management solutions, has officially announced its move to a new, state-of-the-art facility at 15703 Westport Commerce Drive, Maryland Heights, Missouri. This move will provide a significant boost to the company’s capacity and is a key part of their growth strategy.

Spanning 113,500 square feet, the new facility represents a major expansion for Edge Technologies, giving the company an additional 67% in floor space compared to its previous location. With easy access to major highways, the facility offers enhanced logistics and distribution capabilities, which are crucial as the company continues to serve its growing customer base.

The facility is thoughtfully designed to optimize both production and storage operations. It includes 40,000 square feet of production space, equipped with a 20-ton crane system that features a 270-foot run linking the shop floor to the inside dock area. This will streamline operations, making material handling more efficient and boosting overall productivity.

In addition to the spacious production area, the facility also boasts approximately 60,000 square feet of dry storage space with 40-foot ceilings. The high ceilings allow for vertical racking, maximizing the storage capacity within the building’s footprint. This design is expected to help Edge Technologies manage its expanding inventory more effectively and improve its ability to fulfill orders faster.

Edge Technologies’ new office space covers 13,500 square feet and is designed with modern, collaborative workspaces to promote productivity and innovation. The office features noise-reducing elements, multiple meeting rooms, and an open floor plan, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment for its team.
