Davi Inc. has announced the relocation of its North American operations to a new, larger, state-of-the-art facility in Carrollton, near downtown Dallas. The move represents a strategic step aimed at enhancing customer engagement, expanding service capabilities, and strengthening the company’s presence in the North American market.

The new 18,500-square-foot headquarters has been designed to serve as a comprehensive hub for demonstration, training, service, and innovation. One of its standout features is a large, dedicated demonstration area equipped with eight Davi machines, showcasing the company’s full range of plate and angle rolling solutions. This space will allow customers to experience live machine demonstrations and application runoffs, enabling them to evaluate performance and suitability for their specific manufacturing requirements.

In addition to demonstrations, the facility will highlight advanced technologies such as Davi’s CNC systems and its AI-Vision in-process laser measuring system. These technologies are designed to enhance precision, automation, and process control, reflecting the company’s focus on delivering cutting-edge fabrication solutions.

A major component of the new headquarters is the expansion of the Davi Academy, a training program aimed at both customers and distributors. The academy goes beyond product training to provide in-depth knowledge of plate and angle rolling processes, helping users improve operational efficiency and maximise the value of their equipment. By offering hands-on training and technical education, Davi aims to build stronger partnerships and empower customers with practical expertise.

Customer support is another key focus area of the new facility. An expanded call center will provide assistance 24 hours a day, five days a week, ensuring timely technical support and service for customers across different regions. This enhanced support infrastructure is expected to improve responsiveness and minimise downtime for users.

To further strengthen after-sales service, the facility will include a dedicated warehouse for spare and replacement parts, along with prepackaged maintenance kits and accessories. The new headquarters will also house a machine refurbishment and rebuild department, where experienced technicians will restore older rolling machines to like-new condition.
