Cervoz, a global leader in industrial-grade storage, memory, and expansion solutions, is set to make a powerful statement at Automation Expo India 2025, taking place from August 11–14 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai (Hall 6, Booth A10). With a focus on enabling India’s transition toward smart, connected, and resilient manufacturing ecosystems, Cervoz will showcase its latest innovations tailored for extreme environments and mission-critical applications.
At the heart of Cervoz’s exhibit will be its military-grade T445/T455 SSDs and DRAM modules, rigorously tested to meet MIL-STD-810H standards, alongside the M339 SSD, certified to MIL-STD-810G. Built for endurance in harsh conditions, these components offer features like wide-temperature tolerance, power loss protection, and enhanced data security, making them ideal for AI-driven automation, real-time control systems, and industrial robotics.
The company’s M.2 NVMe SSD series incorporates 3D NAND technology and supports both PCIe Gen3 and Gen4 in 2230, 2242, and 2280 form factors. With speeds of up to 7,100/6,190 MB/s and capacities up to 2TB, these drives are built for high-performance embedded systems, AIoT platforms, and edge computing. Advanced features such as Dynamic SLC Cache, Over-Provisioning, Powerguard, and AES-256 encryption ensure top-tier reliability and data integrity.
Cervoz will also spotlight its DDR4 and DDR5 DRAM modules equipped with On-Die ECC, Reg-ECC, and PMIC, designed for stable operation in wide temperature ranges of -40°C to 95°C. These memory solutions are engineered to meet the demands of India’s evolving industrial environments, supporting everything from factory automation to transportation and energy applications.
A key highlight will be Cervoz’s industrial connectivity portfolio, which includes mini PCIe, PCIe, and M.2 expansion cards. Featuring 10GbE, 2.5GbE, and 1GbE Ethernet options with rugged RJ45, M12, and SFP connectors, as well as Wi-Fi 5, 6, and 6E modules, these products address the need for robust data transmission in industrial settings. Add-ons like CAN Bus, RS232/422/485, USB 3.2, and LVDS display cards ensure flexible integration across a wide range of protocols. The 3-in-1 M.2 design enhances compatibility for space-constrained environments by adapting 2280 modules into 2260 or 2242 formats.
Understanding the operational reality of legacy infrastructure, Cervoz also offers backward-compatible solutions, including DDR1–DDR3 modules, CompactFlash, CFast, and PATA drives, enabling seamless upgrades without overhauling existing systems.
Cervoz’s presence at Automation Expo India 2025 underscores its commitment to delivering high-reliability, scalable, and future-ready solutions for India’s industrial transformation. With innovations that bridge the gap between legacy systems and cutting-edge automation, Cervoz empowers manufacturers to move confidently toward Industry 4.0—without compromising on stability, durability, or performance.
