Most recently, he served as Global Distribution Sales Director at Axalta Coating Systems, where he was responsible for managing distribution strategies across more than 140 countries. In that role, he worked closely with distribution partners and customers around the world, helping expand market reach and strengthen customer engagement.

Earlier in his career, Arndt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of FinishMaster, one of North America’s largest independent distributors of automotive refinish products. His leadership at FinishMaster provided extensive experience in channel development, operational management, customer service, and business growth, further enhancing his understanding of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.
