Aimtron Electronics Limited, a leading force in India’s Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) sector, has achieved remarkable recognition at the 50th ELCINA (Electronic Industries Association of India) Awards 2025. The company was honored with the title of Best Company in Exports (SME) and secured the Second Position in Business Excellence (SME), reaffirming its position as one of the most agile and reliable partners in the global electronics ecosystem. These accolades underscore Aimtron’s consistent commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and global competitiveness in the electronics manufacturing space.
Celebrating five decades of honoring excellence in India’s electronics industry, the ELCINA Awards hold special significance as a benchmark for quality, innovation, and business leadership. Aimtron’s success this year reflects its steady rise as an organization that combines speed and precision with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and process integrity. With a youthful team whose average age is just 32, and an impressively low attrition rate of under 2%, Aimtron continues to foster a workplace culture defined by energy, collaboration, and long-term employee engagement. This strong foundation has directly contributed to its outstanding 70% year-on-year revenue growth — a performance that stands out even in India’s rapidly expanding ESDM sector.
Commenting on the recognition, Mukesh Vasani, Founder and Chairman of Aimtron Group, said, “This recognition is a proud moment for all of us at Aimtron. It is a testament to the passion and commitment of our teams, our focus on excellence, and our dedication to strengthening India’s role in the global electronics value chain. These awards encourage us to keep innovating, delivering world-class solutions, and contributing to the growth of India’s ESDM sector.” His statement reflects the company’s long-term vision of combining quality manufacturing with strategic global partnerships to elevate India’s position in advanced electronics design and production.
Adding to this sentiment, Sneh Shah, Whole-Time Director of Aimtron Electronics, remarked, “Receiving these awards during ELCINA’s golden jubilee year makes the honor even more special. It reflects our journey in building export strength while staying deeply committed to quality and process discipline. As we expand our presence worldwide, our goal remains to create value for customers and to support India’s ambition of becoming a global hub for advanced electronics manufacturing.”
Aimtron’s continued growth trajectory is backed by forward-looking investments and diversification. Recently, the company announced a ₹100 crore investment in its greenfield subsidiary, Aimtron Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, located in Vadodara, Gujarat. This facility is set to enhance the group’s manufacturing capacity, strengthen its engineering capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of automation and Industry 4.0 practices. Further solidifying its market position, Aimtron has also secured a major contract from Vanix Technologies for the supply of 50,000 Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and AI-powered devices — a testament to its technical expertise and reliability in delivering next-generation electronics solutions.
Through its sharp focus on innovation, disciplined execution, and global partnerships, Aimtron Electronics continues to embody the spirit of “Make in India” while shaping the country’s journey toward self-reliance in high-value electronics manufacturing. The dual honors at the ELCINA Awards 2025 serve as a milestone in Aimtron’s mission to deliver excellence, drive export-led growth, and build a sustainable future for India’s ESDM ecosystem.
