VCG Decoletaje, a leader in the field of bar turning and machining, has announced its collaboration with Maquinser for the addition of a new machining centre. This strategic move enhances the company’s production capabilities and reinforces its position in customised machining.
The company efficiently combines the use of both fixed and sliding headstock lathes with advanced machining centres, allowing it to handle short and medium production runs effectively. This approach not only expands its production capacity but also strengthens its market standing in bespoke machining projects.
The new acquisition includes two advanced 5-axis machining centres, the Matsuura MX330 and MX420, both equipped with automatic feeders. These centres are capable of handling components up to 420 × 300 mm and are outfitted with a 90-tool magazine, enabling the production of complex, high-value parts. This investment significantly enhances VCG Decoletaje’s competitiveness in the industry.
The company’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology underscores its belief that investing in innovation is synonymous with investing in competitiveness.
