DMG MORI and LNS have unveiled a ground-breaking manufacturing cell that promises to enhance productivity and efficiency for industry professionals. The new setup, which integrates the CLX 450 TC with Robo2Go 3rd Generation and the QLS 76 barfeed, offers an all-in-one automation package from a single source.
Key features of this modern manufacturing cell include automatic remnant unloading through JobManagement Pro, enabling maximum productivity. It also allows for complete six-side machining in a single set-up, alongside five-axis simultaneous machining capabilities.
The QLS 76 has been exclusively designed for DMG MORI by LNS, a leader in barfeed technology. It can handle bar stock up to a diameter of 76 mm and includes standard profiled bar loading and remnant detection features. An optional in-process measurement system further enhances process reliability.
The companies have scheduled initial deliveries for 2026. The package promises full integration and added value, offering free comprehensive CE certification, free commissioning by the supplier, and a free automation package.
