EcoVadis has recognized the sustainability efforts of Plansee and CERATIZIT, awarding a gold rating to Plansee and a silver rating to CERATIZIT. These certifications highlight the companies’ commitment to environmental, social, and ethical causes. CERATIZIT aims to be CO2-neutral by 2025 and net climate-neutral by 2040, while Plansee targets CO2-neutrality by 2030 and net climate-neutrality by 2050. A significant step in their sustainability strategy is the installation of a hydrogen electrolyser at their Reutte site, transitioning to CO2-free hydrogen production by 2030.
