Interface Precision Engineering love STAR products – Interview with Lee Parnell

We’re talking to Lee Parnell from Interface Precision Engineering, a subcontract engineering company on the South coast, to understand why they absolutely love STAR products. Interface Precision Engineering currently have an SR-20 and a couple of SV’s at their facility. On the SX-38, Lee says they will definitely look at it in the future. The subcontractor has had a remarkable experience with STAR whose products helped them reduce cycle times for one operation to under 2 minutes. Lee talks about STAR’s customer service being second to none. Also in the video we see Lyndsey Vickers interviewing Dan, Area Sales Manager for STAR, who acknowledges that the company is here to help customers solve problems with advanced solutions and machines.
