Ann Arbor, MI – The ZOLLER Inc. Open House and Technology Days event, held on June 12-13, 2024, at the company’s North American headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, drew manufacturing professionals from across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The event focused on exploring innovative solutions aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
This year’s Open House featured a series of customer success stories, expert presentations, and live demonstrations of ZOLLER’s advanced technologies, including presetting, measuring, inspection, heat-shrinking, balancing, tooling, automation, and tool management solutions. The event also provided a sneak peek at ZOLLER’s upcoming showcase for the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) scheduled for September 9-14, 2024, in Chicago.

Notable presentations included insights from Daniel Skwierczynski, Director of Operations at ERA Industries, who discussed the integration of ZOLLER TMS Tool Management Solutions, and Tom Bassett II, owner of ProCam Services, who shared how the ZOLLER »smile 420« presetter significantly boosted his company’s sales by $1 million over two years. The event also highlighted collaborative efforts like the ANCA Integrated Manufacturing System (AIMS), which links various production steps for cutting tools.
In addition to technological advancements, the Open House underscored the importance of ZOLLER’s partnerships and educational initiatives. A panel discussion with local educational institutions showcased ZOLLER’s efforts in training and mentoring the next generation of manufacturing professionals through apprenticeships and internships.
