How did they transform and modernise quality control?
By Arthur Field
WH Bagshaw in New Hampshire has reduced reliance on paperwork and minimised opportunities for human error by digitising its quality control processes.
Driven by continuous improvement, the business adopted 1Factory, using it to standardise workflows and improve visibility across its manufacturing operations. The result is a more connected and controlled production environment, blending a long manufacturing heritage – dating back to 1870 – with modern digital tools across a 32-machine CNC shop floor.
Co-owner Adria Bagshaw explains how the company has steadily evolved its operations while continuing to scale and adapt for the future.
