Tufcot has announced the promotion of Josh Holland from Support Inspector to Inspector, a role he will assume on 1st July 2026. Holland joined Tufcot eight years ago as an apprentice, undergoing training at the University of Sheffield’s AMRC Training Centre.
Holland has played a vital role in Tufcot as a CNC Programmer and has supported the company’s inspection department over the past year as a Support Inspector. In his new position, he will be more significantly involved with the inspection team to maintain quality standards for clients.
His career progression underscores the value of apprenticeship programmes and the impact of dedication and adaptability in career development.
