The educators toured CMZ’s expansive 10,000 square metre second assembly plant, Seuner. Notably, the facility boasts cutting-edge amenities tailored for the assembly of large CNC lathes. The assembly environment is climate-controlled, ensuring optimal conditions for precision manufacturing.
A highlight of the tour was a 200 square metre ISO 8 standard clean room. This specialised area supports high-precision assembly tasks, safeguarding the quality and reliability of the manufactured components.
In addition to the advanced assembly spaces, CMZ demonstrated its automated storage systems for efficient parts management. These systems exemplify CMZ’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
