INDEX Corporation Expands North American Sales Team with Four New Regional Sales Managers!
INDEX Corporation has announced a significant expansion and reorganization of its North American sales organization with the appointment of four new regional sales managers. The move is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen customer support and enhance regional coverage across the United States and Canada.
The expansion follows the retirement of two longtime sales managers earlier this year, prompting INDEX to restructure its sales operations and increase its sales territories from five to seven. As part of this organizational evolution, the company has appointed TJ Argyle, Michael Bridges, Nate Khalil, and Joseph Shaw as new regional sales managers, each bringing extensive manufacturing and machining industry experience to their respective territories.
With the updated structure, INDEX aims to provide manufacturers with more localized support, improved responsiveness, and closer collaboration to address increasingly complex machining and production requirements. The regional sales managers will serve as direct points of contact for customers while also acting as internal advocates within the organization, connecting manufacturers with INDEX’s broader technical and application resources.
TJ Argyle has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and Northern California. Bringing more than two decades of experience in sales and account management, Argyle possesses strong expertise in metal cutting processes gained from working on both the machine tool builder and cutting tool supplier sides of the industry. His customer-focused approach emphasizes relationship building and understanding individual manufacturing challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
Michael Bridges will oversee Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania. Bridges joined INDEX in 2022 in a project management role and has been promoted internally to the regional sales manager position. His background spans the manufacturing industry, including experience as the founder and manager of a precision machine shop. His practical understanding of machining operations and collaborative working style reflects INDEX’s commitment to building strong partnerships with customers.
Nate Khalil has been assigned responsibility for Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Southern California. Khalil joins INDEX with more than 30 years of industry experience across sales and product management roles. Throughout his career, he has supported manufacturers with solutions involving bar feeders, workholding systems, and various machine tool accessories. His analytical and solution-oriented approach helps customers identify technologies and processes best suited to their production needs.
Joseph Shaw will manage territories including Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Shaw brings extensive hands-on manufacturing expertise, having started his career as a CNC machinist for 17 years before progressing into field service, applications engineering, and account management positions. His broad technical knowledge allows him to help customers optimize machining processes and maximize equipment performance.
The newly expanded sales structure also includes Bryan Young as National Sales Manager overseeing West Virginia; Craig Foster managing Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Western Wisconsin; John Kemezis overseeing several southeastern states; and Bob Pellegrini handling Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Eastern Wisconsin, and Canada.
By increasing the number of sales territories and adding experienced professionals to its team, INDEX Corporation is reinforcing its commitment to delivering stronger regional support and deeper customer engagement across North America. The company’s latest expansion reflects growing demand for advanced machining solutions and highlights the importance of providing manufacturers with direct access to technical expertise, applications support, and strategic partnership opportunities.
